Hi & Welcome to Sibley Law & Associates! 

 

I’m Dedra "Dee" Sibley, the owner and managing attorney. I have been a licensed attorney for over 15 years in the practice areas of criminal law, labor & employment, debt & foreclosure defense & civil litigation. While I have enjoyed those legal practice areas, the most personally rewarding area of practice for me is Estate Planning. This is an area of law where I can see the difference I am helping to make in my clients’ lives, not just for them but for their future family generations as well. It’s so powerful and uplifting to know that I am helping future generations! 

 

My professional career spans over 40 years in the areas of finance, government contracting, executive administration, and law. I am a proud graduate of Florida A&M College of Law (JD), Webster University (MBA), and UCF (BS/Finance).

As a certified Personal Family Lawyer® (PFL), I have been trained to serve my clients beyond the traditional estate planning model of the past.  I provide personalized lifelong legal counsel and guidance each step of the way for my clients. As a PFL member, I am part of a network of 1000s of fellow attorneys all across the United States. That means my clients also have access to the Personal Family Lawyer network countrywide as well Dedra (Dee) Sibley – Personal Family Lawyer®

 

I have been married to Dennis Sibley, Sr. for over 35 years and am the mother of 2 sons, Dennis II and Jordan Sibley, 1 daughter-in-law, Temia, and the proud grandmother (Nana) of 5 grandchildren: 3 granddaughters and 2 grandsons.

Client Services Coordinator

Jennifer manages the entire client process from Prospect to Client to Membership. This means tracking all appointments made, handling all pre-meeting communications, and supporting prospective clients through the engagement process with our office.  Jennifer makes sure the prospective clients and clients get the attention and support they need when they partner with our office for their estate planning and probate and business succession planning needs. Jennifer is the primary point of contact for clients with our office and ensures clients have a white-glove experience.

Office Assistant & Notary

Brittany helps with client documentation and other legal paperwork and processes at Sibley Law & Associates. Her primary role, as a registered notary, is providing notary services for our clients during the client Signing Ceremonies as well as other notary needs in our office. Brittany is currently going through the registration process to provide remote notary services to support our virtual client needs throughout the state of Florida.

Office Assistant - Virtual

Daniele (Dani) is the law office assistant at Sibley Law & Associates. She brings years of client relationship experience to the firm where she ensures clients feel valued. Dani handles scheduling and helping clients gather the necessary documentation for their plan. She assists Jennifer with the day-to-day operations and helps to ensure clients are staying on track in their estate planning journey.
